Micro Structure Examination Micro Structure Examination as per ASTM A923 etc. Ferrite Measurement by Ferrite scope.
Hydro Static Pressure Test
100 MT Vertical Hydro Test Machine. Test Pressures from 350 psi to 10000 psi. Support testing for ASME class 150 to class 2500.
Corrosion Test
Test according to ASTM A262 & ISO 3651 Practice A, B, C, E & F etc.
Pitting Corrosion Test as per ASTM G 48 Method A, E.
Intergranular Corrosion test as per ASTM G 28 Method A.
Crevice Corrosion as per ASTM G48 Method B.
Radiation Check Meter
Radioactive contamination test with raw-material as well with final products.
NDT Testing
Dye Penetrate Test (LPT). Magnetic Particle Testing. Ultra Sonic Test. Radiography Analysis (Ir 192 & Co-60).
